2022 USASOC 04 Celestial Positioning Accuracy

Conduct analyses and tests to determine the positional accuracy (Lat/Long) of a man-portable celestial positioning device. Performances of interest include 1) duration of observation(s); 2) movement/ velocity of the observing device; 3) amount of sunlight; and 4) amount of sky obscuration.

*Remarks: Can assume no errors in the current time and no errors in the ephemeris of celestial bodies, including Sun, Moon, and Planets.
